2023, The year that streamlined Betterbounce & allowed us to flourish as a company!

2023 was a year of great success for Betterbounce in the inflatable hire market. We achieved a remarkable 20% increase in our product range in 2022 and introduced an exciting range of new themes and inflatables. We focused mainly on the indoor and back garden market, revamping our artwork and introducing new machinery to enhance the quality of our products. Our 3D inflatable range and Air parks were also expanded, providing a greater variety for our customers.

Our streamlining efforts in 2021 allowed for a steady growth in 2022, with new systems and processes that allowed us to focus on customer sales, design, and artwork production. We reduced the size of our team by outsourcing most of our day-to-day tasks and introducing automations in the office and backend, which helped us to work more efficiently.

We renovated the top floor of our building, creating enough space to house a massive 32% more stock, which is currently being created as we speak. Our efforts have allowed us to spend more time with our family, working only 4 days a week while still delivering exceptional quality of work.

2022 marked the highest turnover to date and the lowest warranty work, with only 7 warranty items for the entire year. This is a testament to our constant learning and improvements and our dedication to providing the best products and services to our customers.

As our children turn 13 and 14 this year, we are excited to see them take a growing interest in the business. We are proud to have a brand that will last for future generations to come, and we remain humble and grateful for the support of our customers. At Betterbounce, we are back in the driving seat and doing what we do best.
